Thomas is where the THOLCH beer story started.

Before THOLCH became a brand, the first beers were created by Thomas in his garage. What began as brewing experiments slowly turned into something bigger. In 2017, Oliver and Christopher came aboard, and together the three brothers shaped the idea into THOLCH.

Thomas remains the main starter behind the beer itself. He created the first recipes, built the brewing foundation, and still carries the production and operations side of the brewery.

If THOLCH began with a beer in a garage, Thomas was the one standing closest to the kettle.
